Couldn’t be happier with the results I received today, after receiving a poor job from another company this morning my partner called very dirty carpets and they came out on time straight away and fixed the carpets. They already look and smell 100 times better. Couldn’t be more happy with the qaulity and service received. Will defiantly use again and highly recommend others to use this company aswell.

Covered under a Guardsman warranty, I’ve had the same person come out (I’m quite sure it was Pete) 4-5 times over the past 3 or so years (the frequency definitely escalated with the arrival of a toddler in the house). He was always friendly, on time and managed to get stains I didn’t expect to budge basically gone..and I’m talking texta/ink stains (embarrassingly, on 3 separate occassions!)Sandra also has a pleasant, smiley phone mannerism and is always prompt at returning calls/booking jobs.
Always an amazing clean with a very friendly, punctual and diligent service. I highly recommend this company.

We reached out to Sandra and the team to help our house go to market, they managed to accommodate us at the last minute and offered great advice. 10 year + carpets came up super clean and our staircase looked brand new. Very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.
We had extremely soiled carpets that hadn’t been cleaned in years. 3 kids, 4 cats and severe mental health issues. I reached out to Peter and sent photos through, assuming I’d be turned down and told to ‘just replace them’ like other business have. This business did not disappoint. It was a bit higher price wise than other smaller places but you are paying for their experience, expertise and knowledge on what to use and not to use on your carpets. Especially extremely soiled ones like ours. I am beyond satisfied at the job that Josh did. He spent AGES and I am so impressed. I will be using these guys regularly now. Thank you.
A full glass of red onto a pale fabric lounge – disaster! Actually, no. A miracle. Joshua made it perfect – seriously. I couldn’t believe it.
Very happy. On time. Great bloke. Excellent service. The carpet had dog stains, general dirt, and one room had vomit on the carpet. Mattress was a bit of a mess from the dog eating on it. Everything came up like new. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Thank you.

Peter was awesome to deal with, sent him a few photos of some stains that another company had already cleaned and couldn’t shift. Peter cleaned them a few days later and they are almost all gone! Really didnt think they would come out! Thought Id have to replace the carpet! Very impressed 🙂
I used Very Dirty Carpets three times in as many weeks due to unforeseen bad stains. The first time was a routine clean as a renter, and the carpet turned out great; considering its a light colour and its age. Peter was friendly, he got the job done quickly, and the cost was fair.On the second occasion I rang Peter only a week later as my dog, who is usually very good and is well trained, had a moment where he decided that the middle of carpet was the best place to empty his bladder. The urine did come out but wasn’t perfect as I wet the carpet too much when trying to get it out myself beforehand. NB: Do not wet the carpet too much, refer to Peters instructions on the website.The saying once bitten twice shy applies here; as on the third occasion my dog had diarrhea, (unknown to me) and I left him inside out of the rain, while I ran to the store quickly. Of course it had to be the evening before I had an inspection; I came home at 530pm to find the carpets riddled with feces. I rang Peter after hours and he came out to service the carpets anyway at no extra cost, which I am forever grateful. Whilst not perfect it was close enough, and I passed my inspection with no hassle. The two stains are only dull due to the age and colour of the carpet and are a marked improvement. Peter is professional and happy to show you what to do in these circumstances. If you use his services you wont be disappointed.
Pete has done a fantastic job at our property after we had issues with another cleaning company. He carries himself as a humble business owner who is both passionate and accomplished with his trade. He is quick, reliable and affordable and the recovery of the carpet here is unbelievable.I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
